I bought one of these back in 2017 and now I'm ordering two more because I like to use this pillow in bed, at my desk, and in the car. I like that this pillow is smaller and thinner than the two other types of lumbar support pillows I ordered. This is the perfect size to provide support without feeling bulky.

I bought this several years ago hoping to improve my comfort in bed after two lumbar fusion and scoliosis.Every single night when I lie down with it positioned under the curve of my waist (I always sleep on my side), I think once again how really nice it feels to have this support for my back. It helps so much that I take it on every vacation I drive to and miss it on trips I have to fly to.It’s also quite impressive that the foam hasn’t noticeably compressed after several years of sleeping on every night.

It is cozy and comfortable. Sort of like a hug from below. I use it for sleeping on my side, and attempting to sleep with a straight spine. A comfy addition to my neck, knee, and ankle pillows.

I am a physical therapist and have recommended this pillow to many female and also some male clients to relieve lower back, hip or even neck pain while sleeping in a side lying position.In when used in combination with a pillow between the legs and a supportive pillow for the neck, this pillow greatly helps to keep the spine in a neutral position.People with an hourglass shape end up in a side bent or a side sheared position of the lumbar spine, because the lower rib cage and upper pelvis are narrower than the pelvis at the hip level and the upper rib cage. Keeping the spine neutral with this pillow helps relieve tension on ligaments and other tissues of the spine during sleep.It takes getting used to the first night or two because the body has to warm it up so that it conforms to your body. You want to position the highest point of the pillow at the narrowest point between the rib cage and pelvis.This pillow went out of stock during the pandemic and then came back in stock. It has been out of stock for quite a while and have not been able to find a comparable pillow. Please bring it back. Cozy Hut! I used to bring you a lot of business!;)

It works, does what it's supposed to. It's too firm for my personal preference, but it's still helping to support my back. Be aware that if your mattress is soft, it can bend so the sides come up a bit, and my husband has to deal with that.

I purchased this to help with back pain due to a likely bulging disk in my lower back. This is comfortable whether sleeping on my back or side. It does a good job of staying put throughout the night. The only reason I don't mark it for 5 stars is that I think if it was slightly thicker it would be even better for me.

Chemical pillow Ughh!!When this pillow arrived it had a STRONG chemical smell!! Per the instructions, you have to leave it outside for 4 days to get rid of the smell. I left it outside for 4 days. After 4 days outside the chemical smell was still strong.Then I left the pillow outside in the sun for days at a time (taking it in at night). Eventually the strong smell went away. However a less strong smell still lingers after 5 months. This smell gets on my clothes and on my skin.According to to the seller the chemical smell (inidcating that chemicals have been sprayed on the pillow), said that once the smell is gone, the pillow is safe and there is nothing wrong wrong with the pillow. I disagree!! Just because the smell has reduced DOES NOT MEAN CHEMICALS ARE NOT STILL INSIDE the pillow! You are putting those chemicals (exactly what chemical are these??) into your blood stream when you sleep on it. Anything you put on your skin enters your blood stream. This is how nicorette patches work. The chemicals on the patch enter the blood stream because they are placed on the skin.Long story short... just because you can't smell (if it were possible) the chemicals in the pillow doesn't mean they still aren't there. And if you are sleeping on the pillow, the chemicals are entering your blood stream.I do not recommend this pillow to anyone!!If anyone has found this kind of pillow that is chemical free, please leave me a comment. I am also looking for a soft pillow rather than a hard pillow. I did find a simlar pillow from a different seller, that did not have chemicals on it, however it was too hard. Thanks!!!

i was very happy getting the pillow. it definitely helped my back til the pillow tunes out of the shape. it did not stay in placed due to the cover fabric being velvety.it looked beautiful and felt good at the beginning. i had to put extra cotton cover to protect from sliding. now the shape of pillow changed showing a lump in the middle. it developed a heavy crease in the pillow.trying to stretch to keep in shape would not work. i am very disappointed.
