I always buy these chains and can honestly say that I’ve never had a problem or an issue whatsoever. They last a good couple of thousand kilometres I would say depending on your riding.

I had a two year-old tram chain that was completely worn out. It was shifting poorly and making a racket. The replacement ram chain is perfect nice and quiet shifts like a dream. Remember to change your chain every 2500 miles.

This is the chain to get. High-quality. Easy to install. You should vote often and change your chain often. Looks sexy. Fixes the noise and shifting issues of that old, stretched-out chain. The SRAM chain has the original "power lock" that made Shimano switch over to something more reasonable than that gawd-awful pin. Dependable and reasonably priced.

Always replace your chain before it’s worn out. It will save you 100s of dollars in worn drive train parts. Better than buying one chain is buying 2 so you have a replacement ready when it’s time.

I've always trusted SRAM so I'm predicting this 11 speed chain will last as long as the original Shimano. Having upgraded from many years of riding an 8 speed cassette I learned that the tolerance for chain stretch is tighter, so also had to get a new chain stretch measuring tool. The new PowerLock connecting link is harder to pop into place by hand than the old version, but one or two pedal strokes does the job.

I just replaced the Shimano 105 11 speed chain on my Trek Domane with this SRAM PC1130 chain. I got 2412 miles out of the Shimano chain in 5 months before it reached .05% elongation using the park chain measuring tool. The chain went on very easily trimming 4 links off the 120 link length to match the original length of my Shimano chain. The gears ran very smoothly without any need for derailleur adjustment. I’ve only had it out for a couple of rides but the gears shift perfectly with my SunRace 11-32 cassette. I plan to clean the chain every other ride using simple green for solvent and a Pedros chain pig cleaner. I use Tri-flow for lubrication and hope to get 2400 miles out of this SRAM chain like I got out of the Shimano chain. Fingers crossed!3/07/21 Update: I am up to 2860 miles on this 1130 chain and it has run perfectly since I got it. I’ve been measuring with the park tool and I’m nowhere near .05% elongation. I’ll keep going until I get there. Already an impressive chain and it’s not done yet!4/28/21 Update: I finally reached .05% elongation, checking after each ride towards the end with my park chain measuring tool. I have been so impressed with this chain. It lasted 3695 miles, running smoothly the whole time. Your mileage may vary, as I keep mine very clean and lube it with tri flow. Tomorrow I’ll install another one just like it. I can’t recommend this chain highly enough.

Great replacement chain, long enough for a 50T chainring on 1x.

I used this bike on my Shimano 105 (11-32) road bike; I live and ride in the mountains and I am over 200 lbs. If I want chains to last at all, I have to take care of them. The last PC-1130 lasted me about 1,500 miles. That doesn't sound like much, but I have been guilty of excessive cross-chaining. This probably reamed out the rivets prematurely and caused some "stretch". Park recommends changing an 11-speed chain at .5 elongation, but I pushed it until it just reached .75.Another thing, I FAR prefer the Power-Link system to the Shimano rivet system. My rides take me to some remote spots so I keep an extra link in the saddle bag.
