I recently upgraded to this stainless steel litter box, and I honestly wish I had done it sooner. It’s a total game-changer compared to plastic alternatives.First off, the deep base is perfect — no more litter being kicked out everywhere, and it’s roomy enough for my large cat to move around comfortably. The lid and swinging door give it a clean, enclosed look while helping contain odors and tracking.Speaking of odors, the built-in carbon filter really does its job. I’ve noticed a huge difference in smell control, even with multiple daily visits from my cat. The enclosure keeps things tidy, but the airflow is still good thanks to the filter system.The fact that it’s made from stainless steel is the biggest plus for me. It doesn’t absorb stains or smells like plastic boxes do, and it’s incredibly easy to wipe down and keep clean. No more lingering odors or scratched-up surfaces. The included scoop is sturdy and well-designed — it even has a designated holder, which is a nice touch.Overall, this is a premium litter box that’s worth every penny if you’re tired of the smell and hassle that comes with traditional ones. It’s hygienic, durable, and looks much better in my space too. Highly Worth Every Penny!

This litterbox has two critical pros: 1) The stainless steel bottom tray is easy to clean and remains clean. Plastic litterbox bottoms retain odor and are hard to clean--don't go there, get stainless. This stainless tray is also very large, and suitable for large cats. 2) This litterbox is also fully enclosed, for much better odor control. There are two doors (entry/exit door on the front, and exit-only door on the top). Letterboxes with open or partially-open tops release odor (as I have become unfortunately used to, over the years). Odor control on this one has been excellent, so far. Yes, you'll have to replace the activated charcoal filter on the vent once in a while, but it's totally worth it.Now for the cons. The letterbox is a good basic design, but from the moment I unboxed this litterbox I felt that the top portions should be of heavier-duty construction. The plastic is a little too thin and flimsy, on both top plastic enclosures and on both doors. More seriously, both doors also have thin plastic hinges. I’ve seen these sorts of thin plastic hinges on other consumer products, and I’m going to tell you: these hinges aren’t going to last, long-term. They’re going to break. Those hinges should be metal, in my opinion. This is a real problem.I would have liked to give this litterbox 5 stars. I think that its basic design is 5 star, but without the above upgrades I have real concerns about its long-term durability. If the manufacturer would just make the upper parts more heavy-duty and durable, and (most importantly) fix those hinges, this would be a great litterbox. It is potentially superior to most or nearly all others.

I’ve tried countless litter boxes over the years, but this Stainless Steel Litter Box with Lid is hands down the best investment I’ve made for my cat. The extra-large size is perfect for big cats who need more room to move around comfortably. The stainless steel design not only looks sleek but is incredibly easy to clean and completely resistant to odors and staining, unlike plastic alternatives.The enclosed lid and high sides help contain litter scatter and prevent leakage, which was a constant issue with previous boxes. The included scoop, pedal-operated lid, and non-slip mat are thoughtful additions that show real attention to detail. My cat adjusted to the new setup right away, and I love how hygienic and low-maintenance it is.If you’re tired of flimsy, smelly plastic litter boxes and want something built to last, this is absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend for multi-cat households or anyone with a larger feline friend.
