It arrived about two weeks ago; I inspected it for damage or missing parts but everything was good; the instructions isn't clear enough to understand, so I watch a video on y__tube. From there it was simple but I had to use a rubber hammer to flip the swicth; I tested it out twice a day on all four cornners, that is eight times aday for two weeks. The hi lift jack is still in good condition.

The pins that hold the latches were both loose and caused the jack to fail after a couple of uses.

Only reason it’s not getting 5 is the actuator retaining bolt came off making it a pain in the a** to use
