Its Awesome !! UPDATE!!Well, Amazon did offer to let me return this item and give me a refund although it was after the refund date and I am very grateful for that, but that’s not the best part of the story…When I was getting everything ready to make the return, I decided to try to give this steamer one more chance to start up (like I said below, I really really wanted a steamer that was designed with like this rather than the count design). I plugged in and turned it on for another10 minutes or so and Eureka! there was steam, which made me very very happy. As it turns out, this is an awesome machine for the price, I have absolutely no complaints.I was able to clean the grates on my stove, which had gone without a deep clean for two years, in about 30 minutes. Using the wire brush that was included made it effortless. I didn’t even take the grates off of the stove, and while I was worried about liquid building up underneath, a couple of cleaning towels made for quick cleanup! I'm hooked!!! I even told my daughter about it and I’m going to order her one too.If you're looking for a steamer that checks all of the boxes, at a good price-point give it a try... Just remember to prime it for up to 20 min. (not sec.) when you first use it.OLD REVIEW rescinded:Do not buy!! I bought this before Christmas as a gift, then decided to keep it, and it’s my own fault, but here we are at the end of March and I just tried to use my steamer for the first time (sick, and remodeling). Surprise, surprise; there is no steam to be found. no matter what adjustments or what troubleshooting methods I try. Of course it’s too late to return it, but that’s on me. What’s not on me is this that I got a crappy product, for a lot of money.

I loved this little steam cleaner when it worked. But it has broken twice since the start of the year. The replacement I received just quit working! See below. The on off button turns on-but the green light does not, and zero steam coming out. And I cannot replace it now. So irritating.

Product hose tip will burn 🔥 deep beware it burn my stomach because hose is stiff, flipped right on to my stomach and took a chance right off. It cleans out everything!!!

I was about to get rid of my shower doors. As a last ditch effort I decided to try steaming the gunk off. Read a lot of reviews and chose this device. I absolutely loved how easy it was to wash soap and scum build up away from the bottom. You assemble the hose, choose the appropriate attachment, add water and push the start button. The water heats up, steam comes out relatively quickly. Be sure the nozzle is in the direction you want to clean before starting the machine. I love it, can't say enough about it. Best of all I didn't have to buy new doors.
