This trimmer does the job for a good price, is it the best? no, One of the other reviewers noted that it breaks easily and that's true. I was in a bind for some string and this was going to be delivered fast. The trimmer string I wanted only came in a big comercial roll, at least on Amazon, I will check at the big box stores. I will use this for a back up or give it away when I get the black twisted string, that stuff was so tuff I only would advance it one every two or three cuts on a half acre.

All the trimmers that I've ever had has been .080 line trimmers.Like it suppose to be the max I can use.I've been using .80 lines forever and I've always been frustrated with how easily those lines get broken.Why not try a thicker .095 line and see if it fits.Well behold, my first time out using this .095 lines was amazing.I don't know if it's because it's thicker or the line itself(probably the thickness) but it was an amazing job.I was able to trim the edges like it's never been done before.I was amazed at how much easier it was to edge through the grass.To summarize, if you're using .80 right now, try the .095 line. It may fit or not but if it does, you will easily see the difference.

Got this for my weed wacker and it works. The size was correct and no issues installing. Do I see an added benefit in the twisted lines? I can't say that I do. It doesn't seem to trim any better than any other lines that I've used. But it doesn't do any less! For the price, I can't complain. Overall, I have no issues with it, it works!
