Clearly my fault for not watching the video before I purchased this box. You have to assemble the box completely and then lower the cake and cupcakes down into the box which is a recipe for disaster. I tipped the cake over trying to get down into the 6 inch square and it fell over on 1 one cupcakes. I couldn't open the box to get it out so I had to cut the box open to prevent further damage. I fixed the cupcake and the cake and got it lowered the cake into a new box, put in one cupcake but then my hands are too big so I couldn't get the other cupcake in. I just said a prayer and dropped it in. This box is a nightmare for me.

This product is the worst. I received the package and inside the box there was only the boxes itself. NO lids, no inserts which was the whole point of the Bento box to display a cake and cupcakes. Returning it and will never buy from this vendor again. Completely unacceptable.
