I am really impressed by the weight of the pole (light) and the strength (it doesn't bend). It also looks great - not sure if it would continue to look good if left out in the UV all the time, but I store my pool tools under cover. It was a bit sticky at first opening and closing it, but after several uses it has smoothed out and works freely. Cleaning my pool is not something I look forward to doing; however, this pole just makes it a bit easier.

This thing is light and incredibly convenient. I have a normal 40 hour a week office job and on the weekends I do maintain pools in season up north. I happen to drive a Fiat 500L. Although this is bigger than the Fiat you are most likely thinking of it still does not fit a 6 foot pole in without having the window open. This thing has made my life a little easier. it's easy to extend or shrink and comes with a neoprene bag to put it in and has external locks like most pool poles you see. Pretty easy to lengthen or shorten and it has some serious strength!I would be inclined to say this would beat an aluminum pole for about the same price across the board. I would not say that this could handle a 5 day a week pool service mainly because you need something a little more rugged but this would be a great option for anyone with limited space and in need of something reliable.It handled an entire bucket full of wet leaves and pulled them out without issue of bending and I was pleasantly surprised. Nice design too! If you're looking for something easy and reliable to maintain your own pool or spa I would not hesitate to get this. It's better than your average aluminum pole and considerably lighter too.

These carbon pool rods are game changers in my opinion. Love the telescopic adjustments. The weight makes it so much easier, especially with the net. The stiffness is perfect.
