Pros:1. Batteries included! My favorite thing about these lightsaber-style swords is that they came with batteries! All I had to do was pull the tab and hand it off to the kids so they could quickly start playing. I wish all toys were that simple.2. Customizable with changing colors. Love the color-changing feature and all the included colors are great so each kid can pick their favorite or change it up.3. Battery life. Somehow the batteries are still holding up after a few weeks. I totally expected them to die by now.4. Good brightness. These were awesome to take outside at night or play inside with the lights down/off. I even caught one kid using their lightsaber as a reading light.Cons:1. The durability. These will not hold up to the clashing that kids like to do when they play rough. One of ours broke in the first two days.2. The button placements. Super minor, but the button is in an odd spot and you sometimes press it accidentally while swinging the sword around.3. The sounds. Not consistent with a lightsaber whatsoever. The sounds indicate metal swords clanging together—not the buzzing of a lightsaber.Ultimately, these are a decent value for kids to have a blast, especially at night, just don't expect them to be authentic-style lightsabers or last forever.

These were a hit at the party. The sound and lights worked well and held up to a bunch of kids playing. The handles felt solid and the extendable feature made them more fun.

Do you need a perfect gift for your nephews and nieces that will annoy the heck out of their parents. Well this one is a terrific start. Not only is it really LOUD, but no matter how many sword fights they are put through, they just will not break. For maximum fun, it's a 10/10, for pure annoyance to adults it's a 10/10. It is the pinnacle of kids toys. I would highly reccomend it, the fun factor with the kids has lasted longer than similar items we have received. Well done Amazon seller, well done!

These are nice lightsaber swords. They function very well and easily. The batteries are easy to change and the colors look good. You can turn the sound off if you choose. My only complaint is the sound it makes. Sounds like two metal sword hitting instead of your Star Wars lightsaber effect. Not a deal breaker for my kids but I think some might not like it. A good price for three of this quality.

Update: broken in three days. Yes, my boys are teens and might be using more force than younger kids, but in my experience, toddlers and young kids are no less destructive on toys! 4 stars for fun factor, 1 star for durability for the price. These were definitely not worth more than $10 each.We have had a lot of light sabers come in and out of our house over the years. The kids like that each one can be any color or color changing. We've never had anything like that before! They make all the clanging and crashing noises. You can also connect two at the hand grips. My teenage boys have been battling with them, and we've had no cracks so far. I would say they seem to be standard weight/sturdiness...maybe better than Target dollar spot, but about the same as the actual branded ones. I was impressed they came with batteries. Overall, happy kiddos!

This 3-pack set of laser swords was fun for the whole family. Dad, brother and sister all got to choose from 1 of 7 different colors for their light-up blade. With special effect sounds, it felt like a real battle between good and evil and brought a lot of joy!There's a special connector piece that can connect 2 of the toys together to credit a dual sided sword.The swords are lightweight, so that even a toddler can hold. Just be sure to have a responsible adult around to maintain safety. Although, you might have to have another responsible adult watching the first grown up if they get too excited with these very much appreciated toys!
