I might not have paid enough attention but I was expecting something better from this. It's the basic typical 3d printed object, unsanded and unpainted. It's lightweight and stands stable but can't hold anything heavy. If you have a 3d printer, you can make something like this easily and model design and fine tuning could be better. I gave it to my elderly mom and she thought it was cute, so as a gift for people who don't really understand, this is good.

The pen holder fits right in with my office decor. It is smaller than I expected, but perfect for the pens I use. It is plastic but still feels pretty solid and weighty.

I love the idea of a knight holding my pen ready for battle. The size of this black knight is perfect for holding a fountain pen, the cat's laser toy, or just about any other pen-sized objec that you want to use to decorate your home. The detailing on it is very beautiful, and it has a decent amount of weight to help ensure it does not get knocked over easily when you're reaching for the pen. But, my only concern is that the black knight is so dark that unless it's in very bright light or you're right on top of it, you miss most of the detailing of his armor. I'm gonna end up getting a little bit of paint and coloring the armor a little so that that detail is more apparentnot. Just know that if you're gonna keep it in a darker room or room that's not brightly lit, you may find that it looks more like a black blob from a distance. I love the style of this knight and maybe it would be more visible in the silver than with the black. So, I'm still giving it four stars. I love the idea of it and I do love the detailing on it.

I like this overall, it does hold a pen and makes me chuckle (The Pen is Mightier than the Sword!) however, there's a scull on the ground by his feet, which I didn't notice when I ordered it, and that's annoying to me. The idea is great, and for the right person they'll love it too.

I have a favorite fountain pen I love to use daily. When I saw this pen holder, I was excited to have it on my desk and be able to quickly grab my pen when needed. The holder is made out of a hard plastic material, feels solid, and is easy to slide around if needed.I am able to place different types of pens or pencils in the knight's grasp to hold them in place. I have had no issues of the pen falling over due to bumping my table or moving the holder around. The base has ridges, which help grab the parts of your pen to prevent this.The price for the pen holder, I feel, is in a good spot, and it is unique when it comes to having a display aspect as well as a functioning pen holder.
