This is truly an extremely premium piece of cycling kit. The only competitor I see as far as adjustable torque wrenches that are suitable to bring on rides is the product offered by SILCA. However, that product appears to be plagued by complaints of the separate ratcheting tool failing. To be sure, I probably wouldn't consider this a replacement for home workshop adjustable torque wrenches. This is meant to save you while cycling in the middle of nowhere. And, when you get home you don't need to remember to torque bolts to spec since you did it on the road.There is a slot to include an additional tool. My suggestion would be to pack an 8 mm hex bit for pedals since this kit doesn't come with one. Another consideration would be a long 5 mm bit if you have a derailleur with a recessed bolt (i.e., SRAM AXS). While this tool's 5 mm hex bit is just barely long enough to engage my SRAM AXS derailleur bolt, it feels a bit sketchy and like I could strip it. Granted, no road tool kits come with long enough 5 mm hex bits to get SRAM AXS derailleur bolts, so no fault on Topeak here.

No complaints on how it works, only wish it came with one size larger hex key for my pedals. Perfect for a bikepacking trip to reassemble the bike and torque everything to spec.
