I got this floor jack adapter for my VW Tiguan Mk1. It looks solidly built. It also has a nylon insert with 2 embedded magnets on it. Unfortunately, with the stock undercoating on my car, this would not fit. The pinch weld along with the undercoating was too thick to accommodate the 20mm gap that this adapter has. I didn't want to strip the undercoating with this.

Good idea. It is a secure attachment to the creased body flange for a jacking point. The round flat plate sits on my floor jack nice and flat so this is a good addition to my floor jack. It is made of aluminum and is strong so will outlast me probably. Better than my big jack pad sorta fitting the entire bottom of the creased flange as this pinpoints the lift area.I can recommend this.
