The valves were very reasonably priced. Although no written instructions were provided, installation was relatively simple. Disassembly of the unit, replacement of the old valve, and reassembly took around ten minutes. It helps to take photographs of each stage in order to facilitate the process. I saved around $180 (the purchase price for a new device) and the unit is now performing like new.
