"Do not buy this bike. First off, the assembly directions are extremely unclear, and they instruct you to look online for an assembly video. This would be fine if the video for this bike were actually on their website or YouTube page, but it is not. You are on your own for assembly. The bike also arrived with both tires damaged, each with a different issue. One tire had a faulty inflation valve, and the other had a disconnected air valve. When I contacted customer support through their website, I was merely advised to take it to a professional. No replacement or further assistance was offered."
