If I could leave zero stars I would.The bolts didn’t tighten all the way on the handlebar. I had to keep a wrench on me just in case.2nd ride both tires popped.The chain popped off track multiple times.I was so frustrated I just left it and had to Uber home.Don’t waste your money

1. Front break calipers loose would not fit the rotors note I have to use several washers to make it work.2. Back break calipers are too tight defective, even when I loose to the fullest it is still jammed3. The back break cables are loose would not fit the slot4. The back tires are leaking air, I have pumped air several times, the customer service want me to take it to the repair shop to fix it.You can assemble a rocket engine than trying to make it work, too many hours spent already, I asked them to send the replacement parts for the above which they did, but the whole bike is poorly built, the sum of parts would not go together.The replacement parts would not work either, the whole alignment of the bike and rotors are off by a centimeter atleast no matter how you try you cannot fix it, I rarely right negative review, but this one is beyond frustration.Update on 7/22/2024The customer service is really great, they are very responsive and wanted to solve the issues promptly, they even agreed to refund 99$ that the bike aseembly shop quoted me to fix all of the issues mentiined above, hence changing the rating to 4, barring 1 star for quality issues.

The bike came with the disc brakes contaminated, making this loud squealing noise. The shifting was terrible with the chains not fully changing and slipping creating this awful sound.
