This extension pole is easy to use. I can quickly change its length by pushing the button and moving the pole in 6" increments where it will lock in and stay put. The pole fit many of our attachments--our skim coater, drywall sander, and various size paint rollers. The drywall sander did not screw on all the way, but it screwed on far enough to seem sturdy. For storage, the pole can be sized to its smallest length and a cap screwed on to protect the threads. This pole will be extremely useful for our renovation project.

I was immediately impressed with how sturdy and solid this extension pole is. It's not a super long unit as it extends to a maximum of 4 ft, but that's usually all someone might need for painting or most other tasks. The push button system works smoothly and everything lines up and moves and locks perfectly. The tip of the unit that you would screw into something is metal, not plastic, so it's seemingly built for durability. The yellow, main shaft is fiberglass and very strong. The price, I think, is very reasonable when considering the strength and quality. I would definitely recommend it, and give it 5 stars.
