Worked fine to replace the power switch on my Kobalt KT1015 table saw. It fit into the existing mounting cutout but I did have to put in four mounting screws.

I pulled out the switch on my Ryobi BT 3100-1 and changed out the electrical component on the inside of the switch with the one in this review. Looks to be an exact fit. Saw now works great.

I had lost the key to my saw and ordered this switch. The key in this switch was a direct replacement to my OEM switch. All I had to do was plug it in and start sawing. Perfect!

Took the switch assembly apart and used the electrical portion. Installed in the old assembly so in fit the carcass of the saw. Works fine.

I found, based on another review the electrical part of the switch can be removed and replaced into original switch housing. This is easier than drilling holes into saw. This replacement is smaller than original but the electrical part is a direct fit and easily installed into original housing.Do not know how long it will last as this problem indicates the switch capacity is insufficient for electrical draw when starting saw. This saw is a Ryobi BT3100-1.
