I initially gave these batteries one star as they were not recognized by my Hero 5 Black cameras. While shopping for other batteries I ran across a review that mentioned that a firmware update was required to get them to work. I performed the update and these batteries are now recognized. If the need to do the update was somewhere in the description I missed it.

Cumple el objetivo, sin embargo la duración de la batería no es tan duradera, es conveniente llevar por lo menos 3 baterías. En cuanto al envío fue pésimo, tardó mucho más de lo esperado. Últimamente Amazon me ha quedado a deber con los envíos ya que no cumplen con prontitud como me tenían acostumbrado.

These read 100% charged when put into my gopro hero 7 black after unboxing them, which seems impossible. Ran the first one as a test, it lasted 58 minutes at 4k 30. It clearly shut off abruptly as the last file it made was corrupted and the gopro had to try to repair it when it was powered back on. Testing it again with GPS and screen off it went 75 minutes before shutting down. The last file was corrupted and had the typical many minutes of frozen video and just sound error. When testing the 2nd battery, it again shut off abruptly and corrupted the last video file. The gopro could not save that one upon power-up, meaning loss of data -- typical with these bad aftermarket batteries. It went 70 minutes. The last TWO video files were corrupted with the "sound only" bug toward the end. This is unacceptable.That's OK use life, but we'll see how long they last. Original OEM batteries are rated for more like 90 minutes at those settings on this camera and generally delivered close to that for me. But those have been unavailable for weeks, so trying to find aftermarket versions that just don't suck. Maybe these don't 100% suck, but for $8, not a great deal when you can get OEM GoPro batteries for $12.Expect these to ruin your video once they are low on power. Use them only if you plan to pull them when they're down to 20% or so, so expect maybe 45 minutes of reliable power.

I have a GoPro hero black 7. Does the job. Battery lasts 4 hrs with moderate use (videos, pictures and plenty of time on standby). Battery fits well and does not get stuck as other reviews have suggested.Would recommend.
