This set is decent. The magnets on the dosing funnel are strong enough to keep it securely attached to the portafilter. Another reviewer mentioned it didn't stay in place well for them. I've experienced this issue before with a different funnel for another machine. The problem wasn't with the funnel itself; it was with the filter basket, which was made of an incompatible material or perhaps had a coating that was not strongly magnetic. I recommend checking your basket with a fridge magnet before ordering a magnetic dosing funnel to ensure it will work for you.The puck screen functions perfectly, and the filter papers, which I initially thought were pointless when paired with the puck screen, are actually very helpful. My husband likes to place them at the bottom of the portafilter, add the coffee, then put the puck filter on top of the tamped coffee. It results in a better extraction with less channeling.The only part of this set that drags it down is the WDT tool. The whisking tines are good, and the materials feel solid, but the design is disappointing. The handle is not very ergonomic and is far from a pleasure to use. It feels awkward the entire time it's in hand.Similarly, the stand for it oddly doesn't match up well. There is nowhere for it to slot into the stand, so it instead sits precariously on top. We have other WDT tools, and all of them are better than this one. On the plus side, it has magnets on top of the handle, which allow us to skip using the stand and attach it to a nearby steel shelf when not in use.

If you have a 51mm portafilter then this is the perfect accessory for your latte making sessions. The kit comes with a water diffuser, paper filter, a 51mm portafilter funnel to help pour the grinds, and a WDT tool to help break up any clumps that may occur during the grinding process. These tools will help you make your coffee better and easier. Overall I'm satisfied with the product and the price point is perfect if you're thinking about giving a try on these tools.

The WDT tool is definitely the star of this kit. It has a solid feel with long, flexible needles that move through the grounds really smoothly. The design looks sharp, and the magnetic base gives it a nice docking feel when you’re done. It feels sturdy and well thought out.The funnel works, but the magnet is weak. It stays in place if you’re careful, but it can shift a bit when using the WDT or pouring grounds in. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.The puck screen and paper filters are nice extras. They help with cleanup and seem to improve flow a little. Overall, this is worth it for the WDT tool alone, and the rest is a decent bonus.

This is a very good kit. The distributor is well made and the extra needles and quality of the whole piece makes me confident that it will last a long time. The funnel fits the 54mm portafilter well, the magnet is just strong enough to keep it in place but come off easy without spilling the grinds, so just right. I don't use the metal screen but love the paper filters. They keep the showerhead of my machine clean and are perfectly sized to cover the coffee puck. It's a definite buy for the price.Note: The portafilter is not a part of the kit, just included in the picture for scale.

The WDT Tool, Dosing Funnel, Puck Screen and Filter Paper included in this kit are all of good quality, fit very well and provided good shots in my new 51mm espresso system. The price is very competitive as well.The WDT tool is heavy, made from powder coated steel and has easily replaceable needles that are included. It has magnets on the top that allow you to attach it to your machine however the needles will be exposed as the base cannot be attached when doing so. There is no friction between the top and the base The top just sits on the base and will fall out if accidentally knocked over, the reason for the 1 star reduction.Overall this is a nice kit with the basic components to get you started at a great price.
