I’ve been weight training for over 20 years and have wrists that are prone to injury, so wrist support is essential for me. I’ve used all kinds of wraps—many from major sporting goods stores—and this pair is by far one of the best I’ve ever used, and at half the cost.I like that the end of the strap is a Velcro strip that attaches to another Velcro strip on the elastic band, which makes them last much longer. I’ve had other wraps where the Velcro sticks to the elastic band instead, and over time that ruins the elastic band and the wrap stops holding properly. No such issue here—these are built to last.Highly recommended if you’re serious about protecting your wrists without overpaying.

So far I’ve only had a chance to try these out once because I’ve been testing out a couple of pairs to see what I prefer. These are not as rigid as another pair I have, but still feels like my wrists and placement are secure and well-supported. They are easy to put on and the velcro is strong. They offer good reinforcement even though they are soft and comfortable which is great.

I have EDS, these helped support my wrist and forearm tendons. If I start on curls I can confidently do 50lbs (not needed) without a worry. Previously I had to be extremely precise doing lifts to prevent tendons from popping out (due to EDS). The wraps seem durable, easy to store as they can roll into themselves as well.

Comfortable wrist wraps for working out. They are somewhat stretchy, so you can make them as tight as you like. The velcro strip is not as long as on other straps that I have, so these probably work better for small to medium wrists (I have about a 7" wrist). I actually wore them for some wrist support just for working around the house and they were comfortable enough for that...

If you have a large frame, these might be a little small. My wrists are 8" in circumference and the ends of the velcro strips barely reach without having too much compression. They do bolster my wrists, but are fatiguing.

These wrist wraps definitely strengthen the wrist and give added support when needed to prevent injuries. I found them to be very durable. No need to tighten very much or you'll cut off circulation. My wrists are considered small (7 in diameter) and I just touched 1/3 of the Velcro as I wrapped them around loosely. Easy to use and would be great for bowling or racket sports as well.

Lack material and compression integrity which decreases support and stability. Compared to similar products of equal value these do not stack up well.
