These weight lifting gloves are just OK. Really the only good part is the padding which is pretty thick and has a good texture to it.Other than that the material is pretty cheap and already starting to wear out after just a few uses. To be fair I do go very heavy at the gym but it should still last longer than that.The 'wrist support' which is very important to me is not good at all. There is no support at all and is very thin, one layer with velcro. I much prefer the type that wraps around a few times and actually holds your wrist in place from bending too much.In the end I will put these in my gym bag as an emergency back up pair in case I leave my good ones at home on accident.
