more than happy. this exhaust was exactly the same as the factory exhaust, only difference is it has a clamp in the center to put the two pipes together. very easy install. less than 1hr to cut old off and reinstall this one. quality was better than OEM.2006 E350 is a direct fit.A++++++++

Was a direct fit for my 2005 Ford E350 with 5.4l engine. My original had a rattling catalytic converter. I I replaced my oxygen sensors at the same time as when it was installed. Runs perfectly. No check engine lights or mechanical issues after a 6,000 mi round trip which included driving through rain, sleet, and snow.
