Bisher gibt es an dem Headset nichts zu beanstanden. Exzelente Verständigung in meinen Videocalls. Da kabelgebunden gibt es auch keine Problem mit Echo, Hall etc. war beim Bluetooth-Vorgänger nicht immer der Fall.

Love these! Replaced 3 headsets I kept on my desk (one for music/videos, one for meetings, and one for the phone). Now with the USB and Bluetooth connection I have just this one. I went and bought a 2nd set for home use.

Waste of money. It won’t connect after 6 months. I tried it on 3 different devices with no luck.

They are a little hot to wear for a long time but in general quite comfortable. You do have to download software from the company which had to be done by my office administrators.

I LOVED this headset so much! Unfortunately, it was not compatible with the Avaya 1X system (which I found out after purchasing and wearing during training), so I had to return them. I was so sad to return them! But, I did order another headset from Yealink that Avaya says is compatible!

First day using in the office, the quality is great and no issues with people hearing me. The fitment is perfect very comfortable for all day use

Every time I mute or unmute, a voice says Muted or Unmuted. While this could be a nice feature, it's personally very annoying as if I'm in a meeting and need to unmute to add something, the voice is very distracting. I've tried looking through the manual and online and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn this off?This is specifically with microsoft teams calls, muting in teams itself still results in the muted or unmuted voice.Also while this headset IS very good overall, I wouldn't say it's worth the price of 109 dollars! Probably closer to $60 value for what you get.
