Plug and play. Put on a artic cat 90cc 4stroke. I expect to have to do some tuning..but no it was dead on perfect. The idle the fuel air mixture. This thing runs like its right out of the factory now. And it fit wothe the original throttle cable absolutely perfect. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Only took a few minutes to swap out the old one
