I was have a hard time with my other seam guide with my quilters cotton slipping under the guard cause the seams to be bigger than i wanted.this guard is great for quilting or any other thinner fabric sewing. the magnet is really strong and it has a knob on top for easy removal from the machine.the guard can be set up either vertical or horizontal allowing for greater functionality and control when sewing long strip sets together.

I am amazed at the strength of this magnet!! It is perfect for getting the job done right! I don't know what took me so long to get these. I got 2 of them so I would have one for each sewing machine so I don't have to move one back and forth. Well worth every cent spent on these magnets.
