The diaphragm under the plastic cover on top was not properly seated from the factory. Otherwise, it seems to work fine.Edit: changed to one star as because I found a damaged float, which allowed fuel to flood the engine while the bike ran. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.Edit: I'm changing from 1 star to 3. I contacted the seller with pictures of the defective part, and they totally refunded my money. If this thing would have worked right out of the box, definitely 5 stars.
