I like these labels and the label machine we have, but the two big problems are:1. They jam or become entangled, rendering them useless.2. They are very expensive, especially when they don't work.3. ...and the label makers leave tape at the beginning and end that waste tape.I was able to get a refund on one, but I can't find where to do it this time.

Too much tape is wasted before and after your label. There is no way to adjust on my brother machine. I waste more label tape then I use.
