I loved the project of finishing this bow, and it shoots pretty good too. I backed it with rawhide and made a grip grip for it as you'll see in the couple of pictures I posted. My only complaint is there is a knot in one of the limbs, which has me concerned about long term stability of the bow.

The bow itself is decent but the position of the nocks are not good. They are not even and the limbs were not taped symmetrically.

Received the bow in less than a week. It shoots great as is, but I can't wait to finish it. Plan on a bit of darker stain and a Tru-oil gun finish. Mo at RiverRocksArchery has been very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. A good experience and a great company to do business with!!
