I was able to easily add my microphone to a stand that needed this attachment as I already used it for a second microphone. These kept me from having to buy a second stand!

I have a Yeti Blue microphone π€ and bought Elgato microphone stand. The mounts on the stand doesn't fit obviously due to different brands but it only took one adapter to connect the two.

I got one of these because I ordered a cheap stand from a big ecommerce retailer and not only did it come with some weird connector that I have never seen and will never use, it didn't come with an adapter screw to work with...you know...every other mic clip holder I've ever seen in 25 years of gigging. So this did the trick, even though I absolutely hate that there's another adapter involved, and these don't screw down tightly enough to the stand but they DO screw too tightly into the microphone clip, which means I'm always using a coin or a metal straightedge to get them unstuck...Last comment -- the clear plastic case that these come in is a few millimeters too shallow for them, so you have to really squeeze it to get it shut. But it might pop open in your gear bag anyway. So I got a little plastic baggy for them and keep them in that.

When these first arrived, I thought they might be made of plastic due to their weight, but it looks like they're aluminum. When they arrive they'll all be loose in a little resealable bag. If you don't want to worry about losing random pieces, you can screw them all into each other, making a small cylinder. I have a feeling the black coating won't last all that long, but as long as it doesn't cause issues with the threads or anything, that's no big deal.
