This is a heavy-duty stainless steel rail fitting for 1" tubing. It has thick walls and comes well-polished. The package includes the set screws, although it does not include the allen wrench that fits the set screws. It also includes three self-tapping screws to install the fitting. I've used many of these and this one is good quality.
