Like everybody else, I bought this off-brand because they're way cheaper than OEM Brother. But you get what you pay for. Print quality was good, cassette fits the printer like it should, but the actual label material is inferior, as is the adhesive. The OEM material is more of a plastic that conforms better to irregular surfaces, and the adhesive is thicker and sticks better. With these labels, the material feels more like paper and is hard to press smoothly against an even slightly warped surface. Even on smooth surfaces, the adhesive is not as good and labels come off easier. Will not buy these again.

I like this brand just as much as Brother's brand, and it's much more affordable. Highly recommend.

To be fair, I haven't used any of the genuine Brother tape, so I can't give you a direct comparison. But so far this label tape has worked perfectly. It turns out readable bar codes on 1/2" tape with no problem at all. The adhesive is strong. The split backing is a great feature that really saves a lot of headaches. I would buy this again.

I wish I found these sooner. I have been avoiding using my label maker, which I love, because of the price of the Brother tape. But my handwriting is not very good and I prefer to use label for files and labeling boxes, etc. I am so glad I found these. I when through one quickly by labeling our new filing system in our home office, but I didn't worry because I had three more at half the price of what I usually pay. They print up and stick the same, in my opinion, as the brother tape. I will be ordering many more in the future.

So far so good. I've gone through 3 of these rather quickly, but that's because my kids do a lot of printing. They last about as long as the OEM, maybe a little less - hard to say. They are recognized by the printer and produce good prints. My only complaint is that I've had to reseat the cartridge a couple times. To be fair, this could be a printer issue and not a cartridge issue, hard to say.

I purchased these awhile ago and waited to write my review. I've used 4 cartridges and they've performed as well as the Brother TZe lables, which are much more costly. We use them for labeling client files, folders, notebooks, etc. We're a small office and are always looking for ways to save money without sacrificing quality. I'd recommend these labels to anyone who wants a quality product for a great price.

I have experienced their customer service and it is the ultimate. There is a paper guard with instructions on how to pretension the spool before use. Unfortunately the atypical recycling symbol next to the spool has the arrows turning the opposite direction as the diagram printed really small on the far side of the cardboard protector. After messing up 2 cartridges I emailed the company and got a response within 15 minutes! Unheard of !! I sent them the pictures and explained what happened and they replaced the cartridges with no hassle. Once I corrected the spool pre-tension technique the ribbons worked flawlessly and I can not tell the difference between Anycolor and OEM. Will definitely use again. It is good to know great customer service is still alive.
