While this is an attractive diffuser, the scent is really weak. I didn't just buy it for the way it looks, really wanted to enjoy the fragrance, so I'm not really pleased with this. As I write this, I'm about 18 inches away from it, the reeds are saturated and have been turned a number of times, and it's been weeks since set up. So I've given it more than enough time. I can catch a faint, fleeting smell of it every once in a while, but it certainly doesn't contribute to a space. The scent inside the bottle is nice, but if it wafted out more, it'd be a winner.Looks nice, smells nice inside the container, but doesn't fulfill it's purpose to me.

UPDATE: I want to raise my rating from four to five stars. You can read my critique below, but since placing the diffuser in a small bathroom I have appreciated the scent enough while passing through to update my review. It seems possible this diffuser takes awhile to fully release -- or it could totally be the room. The scent is still subtle, but I really enjoy the gardenia at this level (in a way that I was unable to detect in the larger room). It's a quality scent in a large, attractive bottle that will last quite awhile. The small glass to preserve the flower stems is also a helpful touch. I recommend this if you're looking for a more subtle effect, but with a compelling floral scent.----The overall presentation is nice, and the bottle is big, but the scent is remarkably evasive. I do use a lot of incense and diffusers, so it's possible you might prefer something much more in the background than I do. I've had it beside me at my desk for days, keeping all the sticks active, and maybe I caught a pleasant feint aroma once or twice when the air was just right, but the only way I've been able to tell for sure is to smell it up close, and then the gardenia scent is pretty bitter, though still not strong. I feel like there's something deficient in this formulation, like it needs a better carrier scent than just the pure gardenia, but I still rate it four stars in case there are some gardenia lovers out there with much more sensitive nasal palates than mine. And it's attractive, so it'll be nice in the guest bathroom where the air is better contained.

Let's get the bad out of the way first. Well... It's not really bad; it's more a matter of personal preference. If you're looking for a scented diffuser to fill a room with fragrance, this isn't the one for you. The scent that's emitted by this diffuser is very subtle. Therefore, I feel is suited for a small space like a powder room, not a kitchen or living room with lots of open space. The product description is accurate because it says "Reed Diffuser for Bathroom Shelf."As for the scent, it's fantastic! So fresh! It's like walking by a bouquet of gardenias.We love this diffuser and plan to purchase another one for the upstairs bathroom. Solid 4-Stars.

You get a beautiful glass diffuser already filled with the diffuser oil and a bunch of black reeds. They also include a bag of cute dry flowers to put in as well! So cute! It looks very clean and classy in any room. It looks incredible! This is gorgeous and really high quality! The scent is subtle and not too overpowering which I really like! This is also made in Korea which is cool. Highly recommend this one!

Great diffuser! Wonderful scent that doesn't smell cheap or artificial at all. I'm very sensitive to smells and usually hesitant to buy diffusers online, but I'm glad I took a chance with this particular one. It also looks very classy and elegant in my space as well with the simple design and no tacky labels. The fragrance quality is impressive and feels authentic rather than overpowering or synthetic. Only minor downside is that the small decorative flowers arrived bent out of shape during shipping and I had to manually fluff them up to restore their appearance and then clean up bits that fell off. Despite this small issue, the overall product quality and performance make it worth recommending to others who appreciate subtle, quality fragrances.

I am going for a spa-like feel to my newly renovated bathroom and was happy to come across this diffuser as I was thinking that was the last thing needed for my shelf. This scent is “gardenia,” and while I don’t think the scent is over powering, I did get a whiff while sitting on my bed yesterday and can occasionally smell it while in the bathroom. I really like it.I also realized I’ve been using diffusers wrong my entire life. Per the instructions, you need to put the dried flowers in this clear plastic tube (provided) to ensure they don’t come in contact with the oil. Then, after 24-48 hours, you turn the reeds in the oil to ensure the side that’s been outside the oil, gets time to sit in the oil, exposing the parts of the reeds that have been submerged.No one ever told me that! I feel cheated! Good to know! Perhaps that is why I smell this one and can say that this diffuser is more than just for aesthetic! Would definitely buy again.

It’s impossible to express how amazing this smells through a write up. It’s incredible! This has a light, fragrant scent, that fills the room. It’s not overwhelming, it’s just right. When you walk into the room it catches your attention, and my guests say “it smells so good in here!” It smells clean. There is an underlying floral scent but it’s not an overwhelming scent of flowers. The container and the reeds are beautiful. It also came with dried baby’s breath and a small clear glass tube to add to the diffuser to add decoration but ensure the baby’s breath doesn’t touch the oil. It’s decorative but doesn’t take up space. It takes 1-2 days for the reeds to fully absorb the oil and over time if you feel the scent is losing strength, you flip the reeds around and you have many more months to enjoy this scent. Now that I have discovered this, I will never be without it. Highly recommend.
