This product is dangerous. It fell down within one year of installation. It was installed by a certified company provided by the manufacturer. It could have injured someone badly.

Great product. Very sturdy, very well made. And it looks great. I was worried it might be a bit of an eyesore, but it looks amazing. And the customer service was great. There was a bit of a mix up in which the driver of the delivery truck didn't realize there was a second pallet and I called First Team and got someone on the phone immediately who was eager to help. In the interim, the delivery guy found the second package in the truck. But I was pleased with the response from First Team and the ease with which I could get someone on the phone.
