I was worried about the quality of the item or how much I would enjoy it. I think it’s funny that another person gave this product a negative review for the same reason that I am giving a positive one - I purchased this product because I am quite fidgety at my desk while I’m working. I adore these.The plastic is ok quality, but the important part - the spring section - is a very nice quality, thick springs with nice resistance. They do not easily scoot. I have large feet (11 wide) and these are a nice size even for me. I also have back pain from herniated lumbar discs, so my position also frequently shifts and having two separate pieces that I can adjust to my own comfort as my needs shift constantly throughout the day has been wonderful. I hope they hold up for a long time but initial impressions are very positive.

These are restful and fidget satisfying, I’m a drummer and it feels right at home since my feet never sit still at my desk. Love it

This product is absolutely horrible if you plan to use as a foot rest. As a matter of fact it is the opposite of a foot REST. I think this item may work great for people that fidget. Your legs are constantly moving because the item sits on wobbly springs. In my opinion, foot rest should not be mentioned in the title!
