The actual trays of this Italian dog food are somewhat clumsy to open and the quality of packaging seems small and fragile to travel so far. HOWEVER, this ITALIAN (non prescription) renal support dog food has been a "life line" for my little 15 year old Chihuahua, who was diagnosed with renal disease. She was not eating any of the "other" well known brands of VET RX options. But she IS eating Forzo10 ! I am comfortable with the quality of ingredients as well as the nutritional analysis. i am thrilled that Amazon is carrying this product and making it so available. .So, if you have a little fur baby who has renal issues, don't give up hope. Have patience....

We have 2 mini doxie's with kidney issues and neither would eat Science Diet or Royal renal food. So with not high hopes we tried this after reading reviews and both love it and I do mean LOVE it. So happy we found Forza10 and will continue to buy/

I originally wrote a review and only gave it two stars because my dog wouldn't eat it. It's a week later, and all of a sudden she has decided she likes this food and is gobbling it down. She hasn't had any "accidents" for a few days, so hopefully it's helping her kidneys.

Our dog wouldn’t eat several other kidney diets but he loves this one. It’s a little pricey though.

My dog eats this. She’s really picky and this was like 5th food to try. She’s got Cushings disease and needs to be on renal care diet. This is less expensive than many of the prescription foods.

Nearly killed my dog.... one of the thin tin cans was "wrinkled", and must of had a tiny hole in it, letting in bacteria. She ate it, and an hour later, got violently ill, and had two severe seizures. I thought she was dying. It was horrifying. This stuff comes from Italy, and must have been damaged in the long shipment. I will say that in prior cans, before she ate the bad one, she loved it, and gobbled them down. Beware, that is all I can say.

My dog loves this food but I don’t understand the feeding guidelines at all. My dog is 12lbs and he needs to gain weight. It says 4 3/4 a day for a 12lbs dog. 4 3/4 what? Ounces? Or trays? I’d it’s 4 3/4 trays that is like 16oz of food a day. That seems high. Please advise. Thanks

My dog is always expecting a meat treat after dinner then he will go to sleep. But the vet said not to give any due to his kidney failure. I decided to order and baked it and he LOVE IT! This smells different from prescription diet canned food. I hope it helps lower his kidney values.I was trying to sift through the food to look for bones as seen in the reviews, but luckily there isn't any. It's expensive though. S$4/packet. I hope seller can lower the price or give some promotion.

My dog recently stopped eating the vet recommended brand so we had a hard time looking for alternatives. So happy that she is excited to eat this.Love the smaller pack as we can just open 1 pack to feed and not have any leftovers.Not sure if it works as we haven’t gone for the check up yet.
