should send handle or send a complete one not good to order something like this and not be able to use it

Product is okay, but the ring reducing plate is horrible. If you are making baby rings, this one is for you... But you can't really make rings much higher than a 13 because they can't be reduced.

let me saaya this, I have been attempting on and off to make coin rings for a few years now. I bought a bunch of gear to do it when I first started out, and immediately was put off by how difficult it was. (bought everything but this stretcher) So I refused to spend another 100 dollars on something that I waadsnt sure aboutThis thing has saved me so much time and so much sanity its already worth every penny.that being said.this thing is rusty as aa pirate ships rudder chain. And didn't come with any of the mounting hardware, so I have it C clamped to my work table.certainly not the fit Orr finish I expected in a $100+ tool. But it works well enough so I guess that helps.but if youre unsure about wether or not to buy it, do it. yolo.

I purchased the JPB Ring Stretcher and Reducer several months ago and waited to leave this review until I could really put it through it's paces. To begin the overall design is pretty nice, it's easy to use provided you mount it and make yourself an extension bar for the handle out of a bit of pipe. I made a 2' breaker bar out of a 3/4" steel pipe and it has worked well for me. I read a few posts where people has some concern over the strength of the handle. After using it (quite roughly in some cases) I can promise you the handle will hold up. If you use a breaker bar, make sure you use a pipe that will slide down the bulk of the length of the arm. The mandrel at the top is super nice, it expands and contracts with the use of the arm making sizing up very easy. The only complaint I would have is that the reduction plate doesn't offer larger reduction sizes. maybe there are plate options out there for bigger sizes, I dont know. I just built my own reducer and use the press on it.Great product, very affordable, would recommend.

Great deal on quality ring stretcher. Learn how to keep this thing lubricated and it will last a long time.The stretcher mandrel will stretch up to size 13 or so. The reduction dies will reduce to small sizes only (@ size 5 or smaller).This is a good value for the price, and perfect for someone making small non-ferrous rings.
