I have ordered and reordered this product for years and it always came with the spools in a plastic back labeled proudly made in the USA, but when I recieved the reorder of this product this week I was puzzled by the plastic bag it arrived in with no made in USA logo or even the name of the company. On the back side of the bag was a small sticker stating the product is Made in China!I looked again at the Amazon website and it still says that it is made in the USA, but apparently no longer. I had one spool left from my previous order and compared it to one of the spools from this order and the spool itself looks more cheaply made than the previous spools, so I am wondering if these spools will work as well as the ones in previous orders.

I like this spool and the weed whip as it just plain works. I have experienced line spools on other products that just don’t work rendering the entire product worthless. These work. I’ve run a lot of spools through my machine.

I ordered (I thought) this lawnmower several years ago and love it. The only difference was my old one is electric and that is what I thought I was ordering. I was quite shocked to find it battery operated. I haven't used it yet and don't know how I am going to like it.

Compared to the price of same/similar product from Black & Decker, these spools are a great buy. I find them equal to the name brand as far as ease of use and durability. I can trim & edge my yard 2 to 3 times on one spool, with very few incidents of line entanglement or not feeding the line correctly. These 6b spools will probably last me the entire summer & spring and in Louisiana we have a loooonng grass growing period.
