Product was mislabeled. The outside numbers were correct but the inside was the wrong size. A bit disappointed but accidents happen. Will try again.

Sizer for cast .38 or .357 bullets with or without powder coating. I do not use gas checks with this sizer but plenty of info on forums

I am really impressed with how quickly this was shipped to me !This is my first Lee sizer. I've been casting bullets for several years and I've never bothered with sizing. However I have a beautiful mould that makes 210 grain semi-wadcutter bullets and they measure around 0.362" when they leave the mould. I found I could fit these into unsized Starline cases, but it wasn't an easy process... and some cartridges felt a little tight going into the chamber. I lubed some bullets with Lee Alox and pushed them through the sizer.... both nose and base upwards. It worked well. I found it best to push each bullet upward into the die with my finger until it locked in place.... rather than sit the bullet on the 'pusher' shaft. The bullets measured very close to a perfect 0.358" when they came through the mould according to my Mitutoyo micrometer.But, like I noted earlier, I was so impressed with the speed of service and shipping. I have two of these Lee sizer kits. One is .452 and the other which this review covers is. 358. I use these to size powder coated home cast bullets and I've also ran bullets lubed with Lee Liquid Alox through the .452 sizer. For the money these can't be beat for use in a regular single stage press. The bullets pass through easily enough and the container makes it convenient to size a bunch before you need to stop. If you have one of the APP presses these can be used in that also but because you mount them basically upside down compared to a conventional press you cannot use the container since it is only held on by gravity and there would probably be clearance issues anyway you'll have to let the bullets drop into something else.

I bought these to size my Powder coated bullets. There is no lube required with the powder coating, but the regular Lyman sizer has old lube left in and has a lot more surface area contacting the sides of the bullets. That makes the unlubed bullet hard to pass into and out of the die. These die have a very short sizing ring and does not get sticky.

great economical way to size and lube bullets. I'm not fond of the bullet being covered in the alox but it beats other methods for time, energy and investment for sure
