Der Kopfhörer sitzt bei mir sehr komfortabel und bequem auch bei längerem Tragen. Die Hörqualität ist sehr gut. Zur Mikrofonqualität kann ich leider nichts verläßliches sagen. Eventuell wäre es besser, den Mikrofonbügel nicht so starr zu konstruieren, der Bügel lässt sich nur in einer Achse drehen.Das USB-Kabel ist deutlich berührungsempfindlich, das sollte bei einem so hochpreisigen Headset nicht passieren.

I bought this as a replacement because one of my cats chewed the cord on my original headset. This is the exact same model and it’s a refurb but you wouldn’t know because it works great! I’m especially pleased that it came with a heavy duty neoprene case so I can put it away after work & not have to worry about my darling purr-babies snacking on the cord again. I also have a Bluetooth headset I use sometimes but the wired one is so much more reliable!

職業柄、無線のヘッドセットは通信の信頼性が不安で落ち着けないため、有線で探していてこのヘッドセットに出会いましたが、結論から申し上げますと大正解でした。近くに窓用エアコンが稼働している環境で使用しています。ヘッドホンとマイクの両方にノイズキャンセリング機能があります。ヘッドホン側はOFF/弱/強から選べます。「強」にするとノイズキャンセル特有の音圧が耳にかかりますが、かなりエアコンのノイズが緩和されます。マイク側にもノイズキャンセル機能(ｱｺｰｽﾃｨｯｸﾌｪﾝｽ)がオプトインされているので、うるさい環境に最適です。軽さも軽く、側圧も強くなく、ずっとつけていられます。

The item is as described. It's a little expensive, but in the end, you will always pay more for name brand items. I had been using Plantronics for several years to hold meetings online, but usually the cheaper versions cost about $40. This is the first headset from Plantronics I have spent 3x the price on and I am not disappointed, but I will say it is priced too high for what it offers. I think a reasonable price would be $75-$85. The microphone is the same as the cheaper models I used and the volume doesn't seem to be as loud, but the quality and noise cancelling is better.

Purchased this headset for the excellent reviews and the Poly name. This was a waste of money and I wish I could return it. The noise canceling in the ears is ok, and the noise canceling feature for the mic isn't great at all. People still ask about noises in my background. Big issue for me is the mute feature. I often times am in a group teams call all shift, however sometimes I need to mute the teams call and go answer or make a call in Cisco Jabber. You can not do that with this headset. When you mute in teams it mutes the entire headset period! I even chatted with Poly and they said it isn't possible. So back to the $20 headset my company gave me.

I work from home, and I've had my fair share of headsets, but this is just in another level.I moved to a building where there's a lot of noise lately due to renovations, I turn on ANC on mid and I can't hear ANYTHING other than the important stuff (my clients), it is simply AMAZING. I've never had a headset to help me out so much with noise.Whoever designed this, needs a raise, this thing is marvelous.

Hello, I unfortunately am looking for a refund with this product along with the other one that I ordered, meaning I ordered two of these headsets. I will include this exact message in the other refund request. Anyway, the reason I’m looking for a refund is because the sound the microphone produces for the recipient, meaning person I’m calling, is horrible. I consistently day in and day out get complaints regarding it. It is beginning to affect my job and quite frankly would love to get this refund initiated and order a different style/brand so I can solve this problem. please let me know where we go from here to issue these refunds. Here are some things you can’t disable:* audible announcement of “noise cancelling off” voice* tone that sounds on mute/unmute* Microsoft Teams integration. The mute button turns into a “Teams mute” rather than a system-level mute when on a call* There’s an “end call” button that you can’t disable. It’s easy to confuse for the mute buttonAlso the mute button gets out of sync with MS Teams, so you aren’t muted when you think you are. This one is impossible to live with

Gerne möchte ich meine Erfahrung teilen. Nach der Zustellung und auspackenhabe ich es direkt an die Telefonanlage angeschlossen. Nach den ersten Anrufen war ich schon bereits genervt, da es jeden Anruf ankündigt und bestätigt sowie das Gespräch hergestellt ist per Sprachausgabe. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist so erfrischend wie ein stilles Wasser. Support angerufen und ein Downloadlink für Software erhalten, womit ich das Headset am PC zunächst Updaten dürfte. Anschließend konnte ich AUSSCHLIEßLICH am PC und nicht am Headset direkt die Einstellung vornehmen, dass die ganzen Sprachansagen deaktiviert werden.Vor diesem Headset hatte ich das Blackwire C725-UC wirklich geliebt. Durch das aufsetzen wurde automatisch das Telefonat angenommen. Warum muss bei einem Nachfolgemodell diese wertvolle Funktion abgeschafft werden.Nun ein TIPP für alle die dieses Headset kaufen möchten. Bestellt gleich Kabelschoner mit. Die Kabel sind wie bei dem Vorgängermodell sehr sensibel. Das erhöht die Lebensdauer um einiges. Leider zu spät bei der Nutzung meines alten Headsets drauf aufmerksam geworden. Die Kabel kann man nicht tauschen. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.
