This is a really good quality pool pole. It is very versatile and you can use it for so many different things not just a pool. Now when you have it fully extended and you want to try and put some pressure on it it's going to bow and bend. But if you have the different section spaced out evenly the pole stays pretty rigid so that you can get some good pressure and brush the sides of the pool.The plastic flip over clips are going to be a failure points and if one of those clips breaks and fails to lock in place the pole kind of becomes useless. I would've liked to see twist type friction points instead. At $70 it is kinda pricey and I don't really know how I feel about that just yet.

The pool poles I've used before were either too light and easily bent or didn't telescope smoothly. This time I bought this upgraded aluminium telescopic pole and had a completely different experience. It's made of significantly stronger material and still feels stable when extended up to 16 feet without wobbling or warping. The grip is also ergonomically designed, so you won't feel your hands getting sore after long hours of use. When cleaning leaves and debris from the bottom of the pool, it feels more powerful and efficient. This upgrade is really worth it!

My pool is a bit large and the corners and deeper bottom of the pool have always been a difficult spot to clean. This 16ft aluminium pole was made for my pool! I can reach any corner of the pool from the shore and feel like I have a pair of extra long ‘cleaning arms’. The pole is a ‘heavy duty upgraded’ aluminium alloy and is very strong.

This swimming pool pole is really convenient to use. It can reach far and is stable. It's great for cleaning the dust at the bottom of the pool and scoops things. The material is also sturdy. It's a must-have for lazy people!

One of the biggest benefits of the Telescopic Pool Pole is that the attachment end tool is very solid. The connector at the end of the pole is designed so that whether you're attaching a brush or a netting, it stays tightly in place and won't wobble or accidentally fall off during use. This is so important for cleaning pools, no more worrying about using too much force causing the tool to fall into the water and then having to figure out how to salvage it in an embarrassing situation.

It's quite substantial and gives a strong sense of security when held in hand. Unlike some cheap rods, it won't become limp after just a few uses. The scope is very wide. I find it very easy to clean up the garbage now.

My old pole might have been the standard pole provided to the original owner when installing the swimming pool. This pole is shorter when folded than those, but it extends longer. It is very versatile when you try to scrub or vacuum everything from the deep end to the shallow end without accidentally breaking the window behind you.

Do not buy for large pools! Just go down to your local ACE hardware, or pool supply store instead. This pole was flimsy, the locks were not strong and one was defective which prevented the pole from doing its job. This is my second pole off amazon and its going back. Quality is just not there.
