We purchased these owl pellets for a lab with our homeschool co-op. They were even better than expected. There were simple, easy to follow directions and the pellets were full of bones and fossils. It was really cool to go through the pellets. No additional utensils were needed, so that was extremely convenient! I highly recommend!

I ordered the size small (5 pellets) to do with my 4 year old and 7 year old. I was disappointed when they arrived but upon starting, I was shocked at how many bones there were in each pellet. These were so fun! My girls cannot wait to do them again. Highly recommend!

The pellets contain a ton of bones! Most very small, of course, but we did find a couple mostly intact skulls. Some of the bones are very fragile, so the older and more patient the child is, the better they’ll do with these. My 6 year old boy picked apart about half a pellet and lost interest. My 8 year old boy was more interested and lasted longer. I loved the chart of bones and the explanation of the owl’s digestive process that the company provided. Pretty cool product and an interesting learning experience for the kids.

Really impressed with these pellets! Even though they were small, we found lots of skulls, legs, ribs and other interesting things! I love that they came with tweezers and sticks to poke around with. It made for an awesome day of homeschooling without breaking the bank!

Good product, kids enjoyed it and the bone chart guide helps. Only downside is they are a little small and wish they came in a 25 pack.
