I dont feel that this pillow is a one-size-fits all type of product and, depending on your particular body type, your individual results may vary. With that said, for me, I felt that the pillow raised my spine (lumbar position) a little too much for comfort but it felt better using it in the side-sleeper position instead. Conversely, the pillow felt a bit too low for resting my head but worked better when placed on top of a pillow for additional height and firmness. I'm stil experimenting and trying different positions and contours but for now it feels more of a supplement than a complete solution to my orthopedic needs.

I've found the Ashena Premium Lumbar Pillow to be supportive without feeling bulky. It's comfortable and has noticeably helped reduce my back and leg pain. The removable, washable cover is a thoughtful touch, and the overall build quality feels more premium than most back support pillows I've come across.While I haven't used it for lounging on the couch or while driving my car, I've primarily used it for sleeping.One downside is that is tends to shift around during the night, likely because I move a lot in my sleep.That said, it does provide real relief, and I would recommend it to others. I received this pillow through the Amazon Vine program and I did not pay for it, but in my opinion, the listed price is fair given it's quality and effectiveness.

I have been able to use this on my couch, in the car, and in other sitting areas. It has been used both horizontal and vertically too. Color is neutral as well,

I definitely expected this item to follow through with what it promises, as far as a back, or even head and neck pillow. The problem is, I just can't seem to use it in any way that is very comfortable. it is rather flat, much flatter than it appears on the sale page, and it just won't allow me to get comfortable with it.

I sometimes have back pain and finding a comfortable lumbar pillow has been a challenge. Most of them are too tall so they are uncomfortable to lie on. The shape of this pillow gives just enough support without too much bulk. I can also put my heating pad on top to localize heat to my lower back. You can zip off the cover to remove it and wash it. The pillow itself is not washable. Overall a great item for lower back pain.

I really wanted this lumbar pillow to help with lower back support while sleeping, but unfortunately, it fell short. The pillow is much flatter than expected and doesn't provide the firm, contoured support it claims. It compresses too easily and offers little to no relief for my lower back pain. For something advertised as "orthopedic memory foam," I expected much better structure and support. Sadly, this just didn’t do what it promised—I’m still waking up sore and uncomfortable. Would not recommend if you're looking for real back support.
