The short screws that are intended to attach to the door are horrible. Tried multiple Phillips head screwdriver and the screw head can't handle torque. Flat head is to narrow for any but the smallest screwdriver.

Replacement for our old screen door closer. Quite frankly, I'm not sure that (in the US, at least) you'll find much of any other kind than this. Find the color you need at a good price and you're good to go.

As the item name suggests, this is not a heavy duty closer but for what it is, it does just fine. Installation took less than ten minutes to replace an existing closer and it's doing its job just fine. I was able to adjust it to close quickly to prevent the cats from escaping.

It works, sort of. It does install quickly. That's the only positive. The speed of closure is erratic at best. No matter how much I adjust it, the closer either slams the door or never closes all the way. I'll probably just pick another up at one of the local hardware stores.Maybe I just got a dud, but for me, this was not a good purchase.
