The blade Amazon shipped looked great and looked like it would have worked fine. But twice I’ve been shipped one blade not the three blade set! Description reads “ Rotary Copperhead 17224 Set of (3) Mower Blades for 50" MTD - Cub Cadet 742P05094-L / 742-05094, Diamond Hole Fits S Shaped Spindle Shaft”.I’m on my third try… if I ever get the three blade set described, I’ll post another review.Follow Up: I got the full 3 blade set on try three. It was worth the three attempts, as the blades fit perfectly with just removing a little paint in the spindle hole. The close tolerance should keep everything tight. The added thickness compared to the OEM blades should give a long life. And the low lift design will help with my sandy soil being blown out the shoot with the grass clippings. I do recommend this product.

bought these for my Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1 50 inch lawnmower,Model1 7RIEACL010. The fit to the spindle was not the same shape as the original Cub Cadet blades but worked great. Cut grass a couple of times with no problem.

We have ordered these twice and both times the package only had one blade. The blade looks great and is what we wanted but only one is in the package instead of 1 set of 3.

These are half the cost of other blades. These blades shoot the grass right out. No bogging down in taller grass, like you get from mulching blades. These blades cut through my Bahia grass great. They fit the S spindles. If you think they are not fitting, just turn the blade a little either way. They will fit fine. Only negative for some is they are not stamped "Grass Side". Just change one blade at a time, so you can reference the other one. You won't be sorry, save yourself $40 and buy these.
