This would have been fine, if not for the fact that the zipper can't stay up whatsoever when you really start to move. And mind you, this is my correct size, it fit just as it should, a larger size would have been too loose. The zipper is made of plastic, and let me tell you that it does feel good when the zipper starts to split open against your skin. So I only wore it for one workout, and I seen enough. I'm going to have to rig this and safety pin the zipper to my sports bra. I shouldn't have to do work for the zipper, it's unusable until then.

Fantastic sauna vest for working out. I sweat a lot more while wearing this vest during workouts and I like that I can still feel cool in it. The zipper gets stuck sometimes but it’s not a huge problem. I put this vest in the washer but I hang dry and so far, it has held up.

This sauna vest is snug, supportive, and great for sweat-intensive workouts. The zipper makes it easy to put on, and the inner lining really boosts sweating. It stays in place while exercising and adds compression without being uncomfortable.

Sauna Suit for Women Shaper Vest Waist Trainer Sweat Sauna Shirt ~ This vest works. It is thin and you can wear it underneath whatever you're wearing without bulk. It's very comfortable. I normally wear a 14-16 sized shirt, but according to the size chart - I ordered the 4X which was a little too loose. Even though I would've normally got the 1X - I think a 3X would have fit better. It still helped with the sweating but I would have liked to have taken advantage with the compression part. It fits right under the bust area. It feels durable and I like the materials it's made from as it maximizes on the promotion of sweating. At $15 at the time of this review - I think it's a great buy!

Very thin, which could be good or bad, but the size is large in my opinion. Too large and doesn't suck you in at all. I like it, but it's more just okay quality. Idk I say try at your own risk and maybe size down.
