Currently halfway through the season almost. Blades fit well and are holding up as they should. Will purchase another pair when these get bend from an another rock(s).

The first set I got was really good. Nice sharp bends and weight of 2 lbs 7oz. So I reordered. Next set 2 lbs 5 ozs and additional holes in blades. Thinner metal and rounded bends. A lot less strength. Sending this next set back. Clearly bait and switch!Next set ordered from MowtownUSA was a set of copperhead blades. These are different as they have a Copperhead Label (not a Sears or any other label as claimed). You can buy these $2 cheaper on an popular auction site or buy a lot of 6 on Amazon for $50. I am keeping this set, but its still thinner than OEM (and weighs less by about an ounce). The bends are pretty good, so maybe it will last more than a season, if I don't hit anything.Ok, more info. Good blades are .162" thick and weigh about 2 lbs 8oz. Cheap blades (like these) are .150" thick and weigh about 2 lbs 5 oz. You get about 8% more with a good blade. This blade is speced at .150 and it is that thick, so can't compalin. Stens makes a good one that is thicker...

Bought them HYPED UP Gator Blades, Super Dooooper Mulcher Blades, Mega Bull Sh*t Chopper All blades, and to tell the truth NOTHING works better than the simple plain ol' blades.So far, 13 cuts of 4 acres hitting a little yard junk and these are still straight. Can't say that for the "speshul" fancy high dollar blades!
