These shorts are great when moving. They are very supportive, and my husband noticed a huge difference when running and working out! They are incredibly comfortable. My husband can run longer because they help alleviate some issues when running long distances. They are well worth the cost for active people! The quality is fantastic! The material is lightweight, and it stays dry when sweating. They fit exactly as expected based on the listing.

Excellent quality and well made. I wear a medium which fitted me snugly. (Waist: 32"). Great for gym or for a swim. Quick dry.

The material of these shorts is surprisingly nice, with a bit of stretch to it. The inner liner features tiny breathable holes that aid in cooling. The zippers have a low profile, making them nearly invisible when zipped up. I typically wear a size 33-34 in pants, and the Large fits me just about right—maybe even slightly loose. Since I’m taller, I find them slightly shorter than I prefer, as I like longer shorts. These come up above my knees and look just like the model in the advertisement.Overall, these shorts seem to be of high quality, and I only have positive things to say about them so far.

These 2-in-1 running shorts are a great addition to my workout gear. I got the black pair in X-Large, and overall the fit is solid — the waistband is secure, and the compression liner with U-support adds excellent comfort and stability during runs or training sessions. Not having to wear underwear with them is also a nice plus for workouts. The material is lightweight, breathable, and dries quickly, which is perfect for intense workouts. The liner does its job without feeling restrictive, and the zip pockets are deep enough to hold a phone or keys without bouncing.One small downside: the shorts feel a bit snug in the hip area. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you have broader hips or prefer a looser fit, you might consider sizing up.Still, a great pair of shorts with smart design and good support.

I got these shorts for the gym and for riding the bike. I am pretty impressed with them. The material is seeming like it's of high quality and the construction is fairly good. They fit just right on me for size m as expected so no issues with the fit being off. They are comfortable and also have a bit of a decent design to them on the sides so they don't look plain. I'm pretty happy with them during my first few times wearing them while riding the bike and there was no issues with them causing any interference... so for those reasons I'd recommend them to others.
