I have ordered Sofft shoes before and been happy with quality and fit. Their sizing has been consistent, but with this specific pair there is an error in sizing. Labeled 9.5, when tried on this pair was more like a 10. Had to return because they don't fit.

I would have rated a 5 star but my feet are narrow and they are a bit wide. Will keep them. very cute.
