The 15V surface cable allows you charge your surface via 45W 15V3A USB Type-C power delivery wall charger or power bank.
Doublecheck your USBC charger to ensure that the USBC charger lists "15V/3A" in the specifications. Some Apple PD chargers didn't support the cable. Female USBC charging cable also need the USBC cable can carry 3A current.
It is recommended that use our surface cable together with our GaN 3-Port USBC charger, which is 100% compatible for the surface cable, avoid incompatibility problems; ultra-small size, further increasing portability and mobility. Works good for my Surface 3 with the 65W fast charger from the Action. This one is good with the extra little wire to give some wiggle room and extra space to attach to the charger. I'm happy.

Dont buy this item. When I 1st got it I tried it out to see if it worked. Seemed fine. Placed it in brief case month later when I needed it. Won't work. Lights up but wont charge laptop.

This doesn't work. I tried it with multiple adapters and Surface Pro computers. It's a cheap piece of trash. It doesn't charge either. I used adapters from 65W, 120W, and 135W, and the best I could get was a very dim light. I verified another adapter was working on both Surface Pro computers.DO NOT BUY

This will keep your laptop running but do not expect it to charge it. Just wish the cord was a bit longer. Works when you don’t have your charger available.

This will not work with just any USB C power supply, it needs very specific 15 volts & 3 Amps.The description heavily mentions this, but i figured, i can charge my MacBook with a 5v phone charger, so perhaps this will be a bit flexible too.. but no..The beefiest USB-C power supply i have is a 45W MacBook pro. And even that doesn’t work. Probably because it doesn’t have a 15V output, but it does have 19v (which the MacBook uses. It probably also has 9v, but not 15v is what I’m trying to say. Hence my Surface pro won’t take charge from it.I’m not gonna buy a separate specific power delivery just for this, I’d rather use the OEM power supply. My intention with this was to have a separate power supply in my basement utilizing what i have already and keep the OEM in the main floor.Bottom line: if you don’t have a specific 15v 3A power supply to use with this adapter, don’t buy it.

This adapter works on my Surface Laptop Go 2 really well, better than my fraying OEM charger. I am using it with a 100W AINOPE USBC-to-USBC cable and tested different wattage chargers. The Anker Nano II 65W block works but so does the Anker PowerPort III 20W block! If you have any fast charger for your phone, you MIGHT not need to buy a new faster charger just for your Surface, as long as you're ok letting the Surface charge slowly when you're not using it. It's increasing at 5% per 10 minutes with the 20W block, which is good enough. Don't buy new cables or blocks until you test this adapter with your current stuff.Edit: I also tried the Anker extension cord with a USB-C output (supposedly 30W) and it doesn't work so your experiences may vary with different blocks. If you buy a new block, get one that says "Nano II" or "GaN" which is the newer technology. Otherwise this adapter still works fine. I've been using it for 4 months.

Si se utiliza con un cargador adecuado cumple perfectamente su función. Evidentemente no se puede cargar una surface con el cargador del móvil.
