I’m not a mechanical-savvy person. When I had to install a new dryer in our apartment, I felt a little out of my league but this little guy did the trick. I like how it fits with multiple type of plugs, having holes that fit prongs oriented in different directions.

I had my eye on a 110V EVSE charger that was heavily discounted because it used a 6-20P plug that did not fit most US wall sockets. Thanks to this adapter, I was able to use that charger normally, without adding a bunch of extra bulk or changing the appearance of the device.A characteristic of this adapter is the clips inside the holes are really powerful (or my other plug was just big). I had to sort of hammer the plug into the female end to get it to accept the plug with no exposed metal.If you’re buying this adapter you’re most likely looking to convert 1 device, so this difficult process is not a huge problem in terms of long term convenience, and comes with the benefit of securing the adapter to the device so it doesn’t easily separate. But if you are looking to swap this adapter around multiple devices, then this would be an issue.5 stars for me!

The photos on the product page accurately show this adapter, so I haven't posted any with this review. I give this product a 100% recommendations. This adapter has sturdy prongs. The receptacle end easily accepts plugs. The shape makes it easy to grasp for insertion and withdrawal into and out of receptacles. NOTE: This device is an adapter to connect different shaped plugs. It is not a converter that will change the amperage or voltage of the appliances you connect this with. It will not protect your circuit or wiring if you plug into a device that draws too much current or amperage. Follow safe electrical practices. This versatile adapter will work as long as you use it for its intended purposes. I'm glad I ordered it.
